Easter in San Miguel

We woke up last week to find a phalanx of Centurions below our bedroom window, which was not what we normally expect. But, in San Miguel you get used to pretty much everything. Actually, the Stations of the Cross being observed in our street as part of the Easter activities. The street was strewn with camomile brought in from the campesino in enormous quantities and the whole procession followed by the Limpia crew who gathered it all up again.
