As luck will have it, we are not deprived of great Mexican food when we are in the big manzana. The Super Tacos truck parks on 96th street at Broadway each evening, as it has done for the last 15 years, just a couple of blocks away from our apartment. Their food is fablulous, and even though a taco costs three times what it does at the puesto de tacos on Insurgentes in San Miguel, is still a great deal in New York at three bucks, Their plate specials are really special and at seven dollars can’t be beat.
